Effective October 13th 2025, our system has been updated to enforce the cut-offs for customer delivery modifications.
Please see the breakdown:
- NT/Mt Gambier/Mildura:
- # Manifest import + redirect & reschedule requests cut off is by 10am the Wednesday prior to delivery.
- FNQ
- # FNQ Monday & Tuesday deliveries - Manifest import + redirect & reschedule requests cut off is by 10am the Wednesday prior to delivery.
- # FNQ Wednesday deliveries - Manifest import + redirect & reschedule requests cut off by 10 am the Friday prior to delivery.
- TAS
- # TAS Manifest import + redirect & reschedule requests cut off by:
- # 5pm Friday for Tuesday/Wednesday deliveries.
- # 5pm Sunday for Thursday deliveries.
- # 5pm Monday for Friday deliveries.
- # 5pm Tuesday for Saturday deliveries.
- All other regions:
- # Manifests to be imported 48hr prior to delivery by 10am.
- # Saturday deliveries: redirect & reschedule requests cut off, is by 10am Thursday.
- # Sunday deliveries: redirect & reschedule requests cut off, is by 10am Friday.
- # Monday deliveries: redirect & reschedule requests cut off, is by 10am Saturday.
- # Tuesday - Friday deliveries redirect & reschedule requests cut off by 10am the day prior to delivery.
- NT/Mt Gambier/Mildura:
Example: Sydney Customer modification attempt after 10 am on 2025-09-25 for a 2025-09-27 delivery
Example: Far North Queensland (Cairns) Customer modification attempt after 10am on 2025-09-24 for a 2025-09-29 delivery
We understand emergencies can occur. If this does happen, please notify our Customer Care team via email with the reason for the modification & we will review this accordingly.
Cancellations within cut-offs, until 5 pm the, day prior can still be performed however charges will occur. Post 5 pm the day prior to delivery, please notify our Customer Care team via email similar to the after cut-off modification."
